Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Shift Hours: M-F 7-4 or 8-5 with 1 weekend day per month.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify orders in the incorrect warehouse and move them to the correct one both in the ERP and the warehouse management programs
• Wave orders to the appropriate warehouse based on need
• Develop and monitor reports to ensure old orders are being prioritized
• Oversee the process of transactions to ship and invoice from non-WM stockrooms
• Coordinate with customer service when orders need cancelled and communicated to the customer
• Identify and resolve any issues preventing orders from shipping in a timely manner
• Coordinate with customer service, sales, etc to understand priorities and how those fit within the DC functions.

Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of inventory management, distribution or warehousing experience.
• Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate and percent.
