Temporary Co-Facilitator - Fargo, North Dakota

Pay: $22 per hour, paid via invoice

Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week

Shift times: Variable hours between standard business hours (8am-4pm) Monday through Friday, not to exceed 20 hours/week.

Location: 624 Maine Avenue, Suite 9, Fargo, North Dakota 58102

Job type: Temporary, June 2025-September 2025.

Travel: Weekly local travel for education and outreach purposes. Potential for out-of-town travel monthly for applicable outreach events.

Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the North Dakota State Director, External Affairs, the Contract Community Education & Engagement Facilitator is responsible for supporting Community Education staff in the Fargo, North Dakota area. This person will also be responsible for coordinating outreach events and representing Planned Parenthood North Central States at community events and health fairs and distributing marketing materials in the community to raise awareness about PPNCS's services and sexual and reproductive health. The Contract Community Education & Engagement Facilitator is an advocate in our mission of "Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive healthcare for all." They may perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Completion of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience


  • Models and encourages cooperation within the organization


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality


  • Willingness to work with and ability to delegate to volunteers


  • Valid driver's license and a reliable method of transportation



Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:



  • Executing pre- and post-session and event tasks including planning, preparation, clean-up, transportation of program participants, other related tasks.


  • Observing and assisting in co-facilitating single-session and multi-session educational sessions with youth and adults.


  • Recruiting for and co-facilitating education events and sessions.


  • Promoting events through phone banking, canvassing, and other outreach activities.


  • Assisting in coordinating and representing PPNCS at community outreach events including Pride, Health Fairs, etc.


  • Assistance with data collection and entry.
