Key Responsibilities:
*Review and analyze material forecasts; apply insights to planning software to ensure accurate demand visibility
*Create and manage procurement orders to support production schedules and forecasted demand
*Monitor ERP systems and planning tools to maintain target service levels and inventory balance
*Communicate proactively with suppliers and internal customers to meet both current and forward-looking material needs
*Support issue resolution through tiered accountability structures and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Core Qualifications:
*1+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or procurement (aerospace/manufacturing preferred)
*Understanding of material planning parameters, demand planning, and supply chain lead times
*Experience planning materials from both internal and external suppliers, while maintaining cost, quality, and schedule targets
*Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams
*Strong communication skills and ability to operate in structured, fast-moving environments
*Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:
*Associate or Bachelor"s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
*Proficiency in SAP ERP system
*Familiarity with engineering change processes and impact on supply chain
*Knowledge of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) or related planning methodologies
