Staffmark is hiring an Assembly Technician in Jonesboro, AR! If
you're detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow in a hands-on role, this is the opportunity for you!

Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met
  • Assemble small to medium-sized components and wiring harnesses per specifications
  • Read blueprints and tape measures to guide accurate assembly
  • Use basic hand tools safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and maintain accurate documentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area with a strong focus on safety and precision



Requirements:



  • Previous assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (e.g., tape measure)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools
  • Dependable work ethic with a resume showing solid work history and references
  • Must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants on the job
