DESCRIPTION: The mission of the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (FCAS) is to win the hearts and minds of non-Jews and Jews through powerful positive messaging and partnerships, motivating and equipping them to be defenders of and upstanders for Jews. FCAS focuses on spreading the Blue Square and associated programs to spur action by people of all backgrounds. Working with a network of partners, FCAS leverages unique monitoring technology to drive effective rapid response to Jewish hate and all hate, in addition to proactive programs that galvanize popular support for the Jewish community. SUMMARY: The Digital Growth & Giving Manager will partner with the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Development Team to increase funding for FCAS by helping to implement best-in-class programs for engaging current and potential donors. This role is critical to building a scalable small-dollar fundraising program that supports FCAS's mission to inspire upstanders and combat antisemitism through education, media, and partnerships. This position will develop and execute the strategy for year-round online fundraising, including CRM integrated email, social media, paid ads, and peer-to-peer campaigns. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead the digital annual fundraising strategy, with a focus on donor growth, retention, and revenue.
- Plan and execute multi-channel fundraising campaigns around key moments (e.g., Giving Tuesday, Passover, year-end).
- Partner with Marketing to craft compelling digital appeals, donation landing pages, and calls to action.
- Online Giving Optimization
- Manage and optimize the online donation platform (e.g., Classy, EveryAction, or similar).
- Conduct A/B testing, user journey mapping, and analytics reviews to increase conversion rates and average gift size.
- Set up and manage recurring donor programs and special digital donor clubs or acknowledgments.
- Content & Calendar Management
- Create and manage a digital-focused fundraising calendar aligned with overall communications and donor development strategies.
- Work closely with designers and copywriters to develop and distribute persuasive and mission-aligned messaging.
- Data & Reporting
- Develop and track KPIs including open and click-through rates, conversion, and retention.
- Segment and analyze donor behavior to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with Development Operations on CRM integration, data hygiene, and reporting.
- Collaborative Engagement
- Coordinate with the Development Team to ensure seamless donor stewardship across tiers.
- Support peer-to-peer and ambassador-driven fundraising efforts.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
- Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position will have no supervisory responsibilities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required (marketing, communications, or business degree preferred); advanced training in digital marketing or fundraising a plus.
- 4-6 years of experience in areas such as digital or online marketing
- Proven success managing email marketing, social media ads, donation platforms, and digital analytics.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and fundraising platforms (e.g., Salesforce, EveryAction, Classy).
- High attention to detail, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for FCAS's mission and commitment to fighting antisemitism and hate.
- Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness.
- Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow.
