Job Summary
We are seeking an on-site Realtor to follow-through on leads, sell homes and homesites to prospective customers, complete necessary sales paperwork, demonstrate benefits of Alys Beach, and provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers in order to meet company's sales objective. This includes setting appointments, providing Alys Beach overviews, site presentations, Showcase Home showings, establishing and maintaining customer relations, building synergy and excitement with customers for the purchase opportunities presented. It is important to have a person in this position that is knowledgeable of the best real estate practices, willingness to always continue to enhance their overall knowledge, has ability to create strong relationships of confidence and trust with their customers, and have positive internal customer skills First day medical benefits and company profit sharing. $1,000 sign-on bonus for this position.
