Twenty Four Seven Hotels is searching for a Director of Learning & Development to join the People Resources & Development(PR&D) Team. This position specializes in performance and learning delivery of brand, position and service-related areas. This position will plan, facilitate and monitor compliance of required training and learning tools, including presentation materials, job aids and standard operating procedures. Additionally, this position will verify programs/processes are effectively implemented to accomplish objectives in alignment with broader business objectives.
