Lindner Center of HOPE is a nationally renowned psychiatric center of excellence located in Mason, Ohio, committed to providing state of the art care to patients at all levels of care. We continue to expand our services and are looking for multiple Telehealth Outpatient Therapists to join our team. Our Telehealth Outpatient Therapist team is comprised of Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISW), and Independent Marriage & Family Therapists (IMFT). In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with other very talented psychiatrists and health care professionals in a variety of psychiatric specialties. We have the largest medical staff of any freestanding psychiatric hospital, allowing you to have access to many professional resources. The Hybrid Outpatient Eating Disorders Therapist will conduct psychosocial assessments, and provide individual, group and/or family therapy via Telehealth. The Outpatient Therapist will work with Lindner Center of HOPE psychologists, advanced practice nurses and psychiatrists to meet the needs of patients and their families. While the majority of patient care will be conducted via Telehealth, this position will be required to report on site for patient care and other business needs. Team members are expected to provide coverage for patients in the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program in addition to carrying their outpatient caseloads. LCOH is currently constructing a new Outpatient building with an expected date of completion in 2026/2027. When the building is complete, this role will be expected to be in office for a minimum of three days per week. The ideal candidate for this position has at least one year of experience treating patients with eating disorders, preferably in higher level of care settings. Our team promotes anti-diet and Health at Every Size messaging and the expectation is that all team therapists center their clinical work around these principles. Having a background in at least one of the following treatment modalities is required: Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Radically-Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and/or Family-Based Treatment.
