Description MaineHealth Behavioral Health For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to$10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Clinical Supervisors! Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 3 months separation from employment. Bonuses may be prorated based on schedule. ~ 36 Hours/week, Full-Time, Day shift ~ Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) is required Summary Are you ready for a change? Interested in bridging together medical care and behavioral health care?Integrating behavioral health services in a medical setting enhances the overall care of patients. Consider a supervisor role within behavioral health integration. It increases provider comfort with treating behavioral health and it increases access to services while reducing stigma. Ourbehavioral health clinicians' role includes providing screening, assessments, and focused brief treatment to patients of the practice. Treatment structure includes individual, family, and group work. Additional functions of the role include providing curbside consultation to providers, linking patients to additional services and supports, and participating in population health activities that targets the health and wellbeing of specific groups of people. Persons interested in this position must be comfortable working with all age groups. Knowledge of and interest in treating substance use disorders is preferred. The Clinical Supervisorposition is responsible for staff supervision, performance evaluations, policy and regulation compliance, and clinical development functions connected to the Behavioral Health Integration program.This role also works as a Behavioral Health Clinician, working under an independent license, involves providing comprehensive care and support to clients with behavioral health needs. The key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
