Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in the daily operation of production equipment and maintaining a clean, organized facility.

Daily Tasks Include:

• Set up, calibrate, and clean machines to begin production cycles
• Control and adjust machine settings such as speed and feed rates
• Load raw materials or components into machines
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Test and troubleshoot machines as needed during operations
• Identify and correct production errors or flaws
• Keep records of production output and defects
• Perform janitorial duties including sweeping, light maintenance, and restroom cleaning

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a machine operator
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production procedures
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and follow technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Adherence to safety regulations and use of PPE
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
