Mgr Strategic Programs

Supports strategic planning, business processes, operational performance, training, and budget planning within FedEx and Aviation Security division through successful leadership, development, and communication of business strategy. Lead strategic efforts within FedEx Security and ensure that QDM and PSP are both embedded into our strategic approach.

Essential Functions

• Supports strategic planning, business processes, operational performance, training, and budget planning within FedEx and Aviation Security division through successful leadership, development, and communication of business strategy.
• Lead strategic efforts within FedEx Security and ensure that QDM and PSP are both embedded into our strategic approach.
• Demonstrate leadership agility in prioritizing work with the coordination and development of roadmaps that reflect Executive Leadership's strategic initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business administration, criminal justice, supply chain management, logistics, purchasing, economics, mathematics or related field.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years' experience in analysis, project implementation, strategic planning, strategic program management.

Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDemonstrated knowledge of the Americas and Aviation Security portfolio, Security policies. Must possess strong organization and project management skills with strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership skills. Demonstrated Office 365 software skills. Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software. Demonstrated ability to manage resolution of complex chronic issues. Proven ability to delegate authority, resolve conflict, and maintain confidentiality.

Job Conditions
