Job title Crisis Worker Reports to Program Director Position Summary Under the authority of Management, the Crisis Worker assures that all operating procedures and regulations are followed. The Crisis Worker provides direct services to consumers, significant others and collateral resources and assists consumers in reaching goals set in treatment. ***RHD is currently offering a $1,500 sign on bonus for all new Full-Time and a pro-rated amount for part-time employees after completing your 90-day probationary period.*** *Position is ON-SITE* Shift: Sunday - Thursday 4:30pm - 12:30am Salary: 21.12 per hour Essential Duties and Functions include the following:
