Step into a collaborative design environment where creativity is nurtured and learning is part of every day. In this role, you'll contribute to interior design projects from the ground up-supporting various phases alongside a passionate, multidisciplinary team. With clear guidance and meaningful mentorship, you'll gain hands-on experience, sharpen your design skills, and play an active role in bringing inspiring spaces to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Modifies and prepares production drawings during design development phase.
  • Corrects and updates design documents.
  • Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.
  • Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
  • May mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff.
  • Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.
  • Builds models for client/project team review.
  • Compiles data and performs elementary design computations.
  • Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices.
  • Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service.



EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:



  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in in architecture, interior design or foreign equivalent.
  • 3 years' experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience required.
  • LEED credential required within 12 months of employment.



OTHER:



  • Some overtime may be required.
  • Some travel may be required.
