Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $19.20/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Training: Must be available for 2 days to 1 week of training on a different shift

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

Daily Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and owner-operators to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries for domestic shipments
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve inquiries and logistical issues
• Manage shipment documentation, including Customs control records and timely submission of paperwork
• Provide operational support when needed-this may include helping load/unload freight and verifying shipment labeling and condition

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in dispatching, reception, high-volume phone handling, call centers, or administrative support
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Comfort working in a warehouse-adjacent environment
• Reliable, proactive, and ready to take initiative during overnight hours
