Pay & Schedule

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing



  • Manage and process Ecommerce leads with precision using the CRM platform
  • Analyze lead quality and conversion trends; provide insights to the sales and marketing teams
  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
  • Guide customers through the sales cycle and deliver a positive, streamlined experience
  • Support national account management efforts and ensure timely communication
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Stay current on products, competitors, and industry trends to provide accurate information
  • Apply industry expertise to identify customer needs and offer smart, effective solutions
  • Assist with additional sales-related duties as needed

What You Bring to the Table



  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Administration
  • 5+ years in customer service/satisfaction roles
  • 3+ years of hands-on knowledge in the forklift or industrial equipment industry
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask under pressure with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs as needed
