Vaco is hiring! We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for one of our valued clients in Orlando. This is a direct placement role with them, and will work close with the supply chain and accounts receivable team. The pay range for this role will be between $24-26/hr and schedule will be M-F 7:30am to 4:30pm. Job Description Responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy in a fast-paced product ordering, delivery, and invoicing environment. The role will also be responsible for monitoring theinventory tracking process for large quantity orders placed, which is stored and slow-released from thewarehouses across the southeast. Monitoring and measuring strict adherence to defined processes across multiple teams and functions will be a critical part of this role. This role also plays a key role within the accounts receivable team. Process focused, with successful experience and a natural acumen towards Continuous Process Improvement (CPI). Technology proficiency in both industry-specific applications as well as general Office tools. Excel expertise is a must. Problem solving skills, using an investigative approach to identify and correct root causes quickly and efficiently. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Speed, combined with the ability to focus and concentrate on detailed work throughout the workday Self-motivated with a strong sense of "ownership" and responsibility Tenacity in striving for perfection Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Basic understanding of financial concepts Prolonged periods of sitting and extended computer screen time Requirements BA from an accredited university- Finance or accounting preferred. 3+ years of experience within supply chain and accounting Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
