Pay & Hours

Pay Range: $18.00-$19.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do



  • Perform functionality and performance testing on FWA electronic devices
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronics down to the component level
  • Use soldering tools for both through-hole and surface-mount component replacement
  • Log and manage component part consumption from inventory
  • Configure and resolve faults in various electronic systems
  • Partner with engineers and senior techs to improve repair methods and processes
  • Contribute to ongoing testing and repair improvements
  • Ensure high levels of quality assurance and on-time product delivery
  • Cross-train with other clean and screen operations

What You Need to Bring



  • Education: Associate degree in electronics, relevant certification, or 5+ years of hands-on technician experience
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years in electronics repair or testing
    • Demonstrated experience with circuit board troubleshooting and repair (multi-layer, board-level)
    • Strong proficiency in soldering-both through-hole and SMT (Surface-Mount Technology)
    • Familiarity with lab equipment and advanced electronic repair techniques


  • Certifications: Active IPC-610 or J-STD certification strongly preferred
  • Skills: Clear communication, attention to detail, independent work ethic, and team collaboration
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
