Job Summary The Senior Benefits Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and communication of employee benefit programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and wellness offerings. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure accurate enrollment, billing, and service delivery. The analyst serves as a resource to employees and HR partners by providing guidance on benefit plan features, eligibility, and issue resolution. The Senior Benefits Analyst is also responsible for the configuration, testing, maintenance, and day-to-day support of systems that manage employee benefit data across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada. This role ensures seamless integration between the HRIS, benefits administration platforms, payroll systems, and third-party vendors. The analyst plays a key role in driving automation, accuracy, and scalability of benefit processes, and collaborates closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and external partners to support ongoing operations and improvements. In addition to core administration and systems work, the Benefits Analyst II produces regular and ad hoc reporting to support benefits utilization analysis and regulatory compliance. This role also supports compliance with federal and state regulations-including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA-through audit preparation, required filings, and documentation. The analyst contributes to cross-functional benefits projects, such as open enrollment, plan design changes, process optimization, and system implementations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
