As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Process and Systems Analyst to help us strengthen processes, improve system performance, and deliver consistent results across our Shared Services Center (SSC). Be the Backbone of Process Excellence Champion Change: Lead and support quality improvement initiatives using your insight into systems and workflows to prevent errors and drive results. Drive Accountability: Monitor operational adherence and manage audits to ensure teams align with established standards. Manage Corrective Actions: Oversee the SSC Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) program and conduct root cause analysis to resolve recurring issues. Own the Details That Drive Results Measure What Matters: Provide KPI reporting and trend analysis to guide process decisions and continuous improvement. Build Clarity: Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, job aids, and procedures that support understanding and compliance. Support Smart Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and implement new system features and changes. What You Bring to the Team Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience. Experience: 5+ years in a high-volume processing environment with a strong focus on data management, auditing, or process improvement. Tools of the Trade: Your Core Skills Data-savvy and detail-oriented, with intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong communicator who can effectively convey insights and instructions across diverse audiences. Problem solver with excellent analysis and research capabilities. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision. Discreet and dependable, especially when working with sensitive information.
