Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Benefits Specialist II to support the administration of our employee benefits programs. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including processing life events, maintaining records, and paying benefits-related bills. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance on benefits offerings, eligibility, enrollment, and coverage. Additionally, you will coordinate with third-party providers, assist with enrollment meetings, and help employees complete necessary forms. Your work will contribute to ensuring a smooth and positive benefits experience for all team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Travel Requirements Travel Requirements: Less than 25% Education Preferred 4-Year / Bachelors Degree Experience 2 years of experience in benefit related field Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
