Job Description
The Opportunity: The Operations Coordinator, under the direct supervision of the Assistant Registrar, will support multiple aspects of reporting and data updates, for several agencies, including: the National Student Clearinghouse, Credential Engine Registry, Salesforce, Knowledgebase, and Georgia Hope Scholarship program. Responsibilities include support for the Assistant Registrar, with activities surrounding reporting requirements, tracking and error resolution within strict deadlines, and implementation and oversight of related record management procedures. The candidate will work with Assistant Registrar in support of optimizing reporting calendars, systems, and procedures, and to achieve the Office of the Registrar's desired outcomes. External to the Office, under the direction of the Assistant Registrar, the Coordinator may be required to work with students, colleges, academic departments, and other constituents of the University. The candidate will support the University-wide goal of maintaining the academic integrity of academic records as well as support goals related to the overall policies and procedures of the Office of the Registrar and ERAU. This position supports and implements assigned initiatives. Additionally, the Coordinator will provide support, as directed by the Assistant Registrar, for the creation or update of course equivalency guides and transfer tables to accompany academic agreements. The Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to a range of complex functions in the Office of the Registrar requiring a high degree of judgment, accuracy, and collaboration. Must ensure compliance with The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools - Commission on Colleges (SACS-COC). Must adhere to regulations mandated by Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and support excellence in student services at every opportunity. Must participate as a team member and support our team environment and assist in development of strategic and tactical plans in support of the University.
