Montefiore Medical Center is proud to announce the upcoming launch of a new acute inpatient psychiatric facility dedicated to providing high-quality, short-term psychiatric care for children and adolescents. This specialized unit will enhance access to timely, developmentally appropriate mental health services, offering a safe, structured, and compassionate environment to support patients in crisis and help stabilize their condition. As part of our efforts to build a strong, multidisciplinary team, we are currently seeking a Clinical Manager. The Clinical Manager for the Child and Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatry Unit provides strategic leadership, oversight, and coordination of clinical services to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for children and adolescents with psychiatric needs. This role is responsible for managing and supporting clinical staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes and overall patient well-being Responsibilities:
