What you will do

The Senior Executive Assistant develops, manages and executes schedules, venues and deliverables to enable the CEO and CFO to meet business objectives. The position requires a high level of confidentiality, business curiosity, proactive problem solving and detail-orientation to successful manager both the CEO and CFO office. Must have excellent communication, collaboration and prioritization skills, coupled with a proactive result driven approach.

Executive Management



  • Manage the CEO and CFO's schedules including calendarization and travel
  • Manage cadence, agendas and logistics for all meeting venues as needed
  • Leads coordination of internal resources to ensure executives and Senior Leadership team meet deliverables and deadlines to achieve business objectives
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed
  • Serve as the liaison between for CEO and CFO internally, with Board members, investors and other external stakeholders
  • Support the Chairman of the Board as needed
  • Lead and manage special projects as needed
  • Exercise independent judgement to support CEO, CFO and SLT to organize and manage priorities to ensure effective business operations


General Administration



  • Prepare expense reports, manage POs, and assist in tracking departmental budgets
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards
  • Provide general administrative support to the corporate team office & finance team
  • Act as backup for corporate office manager as needed
  • Proven experience managing senior-level executives office responsibilities (CEO, CFO, or similar roles) preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other online data management tools
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to utilize virtual meeting platforms (e.g. MS Teams or Zoom)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment


What you will need



  • 5 years of C-Suite executive level support, preferred or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years demonstrated deadline management and organizational expertise
  • Project management experience, preferred
  • Ability to understand and interpret business priorities to make good decisions
  • Highly adept performing at a fast pace communicating and collaborating across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Confident and proficient in navigating in an automated environment with proficiency in MS Office Suite and other online data applications
  • On premises 5 days a week
  • Multiple hours working in an office environment, sitting/standing with computer work
  • Expanded hours inclusive of possible weekends and evenings as needed
  • Primary workspace Spokane office
  • Travel up to 10% or as needed
