We are seeking a Residential Security Project Manager to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.


Responsibilities

M.C. Dean San Jose is looking for Program Support Specialist 1 will be responsible for assisting project teams with standard project management processes, project tasks and resource scheduling, material procurement coordination, and other project support and administrative functions as required.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist with a variety of administrative and project tasks
  • Work and collaborate with other Program Support Specialists, Logistics, IT and Procurement teams.
  • Managing project schedules, communication with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Work and collaborate with management, engineering and other teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement, shipment and receiving of equipment and materials.
  • Coordinating, scheduling project kick-off meetings (PKOM) and regular project cadences with stakeholders and project team, daily project planning and on-site visits to collaborate with the team and oversee quality and timeliness of project tasks completion.
  • Assisting Project Managers with resource scheduling, projects Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Assisting Project Managers with projects coordination
  • Assisting Project Mangers with ordering and tracking projects materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist with cost proposal, projects cost management and invoicing
  • Assisting with communicating with stakeholders and team members for sustainment support schedule
  • Work and collaborate with Procurement and Logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement, shipment and receiving of equipment and materials related to the managed projects.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports with KPIs, analyzing projects budget, schedule, cash flow, and manpower.
  • Develop and maintain positive and assertive relationships with stakeholders, customers, vendors, and partner teams.

Qualifications

Clearance/Citizenship: No Clearance is Required.

Key Qualifications/Skills:

  • High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience or
  • 4+ with an Associates degree or
  • 0+ years of experience with a Bachelors degree.
  • Experience with project coordination and resource scheduling
  • Must know how to use project scheduling software to include Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, ASANA or others.
  • Metrics reports and dashboards creation and management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Nice to have a Project Management certification (PMP or others)
  • Nice to have experience managing project budgets.
  • Previous experience with Project Coordination
  • Great Time Management Skills
  • Coordination on equipment and supplies, to be ready for the team ahead of time, and follow up on reports.
  • Managing and preparing teams for regular preventative maintenance through the year in developed timeline.
  • Experience with Service Teams, including knowledge of 24/7 support, managing and preparing teams, gathering and tracking support issues, timeliness, and resolutions
  • Experience preparing precise and quick updates for all stakeholders on completed work
  • Manage and track all support requests, including off-hours requests and create regular reports for the client.

Specific position requirements are as follows:

  • Position will be on-site, based in San Jose/Sunnyvale California.
  • Must have flexibility to commute to project sites within the San Francisco Bay Area, California.

Pay Range

USD $69,360.00 - USD $104,040.00 /Yr.
