Job Title: FACETS Configuration Analyst Location: Remote Job ID: SO# 00064187821 Role and Responsibilities: * System Configuration: o Configure and maintain FACETS modules, including benefits, provider contracts, and pricing structures using NetworX. o Implement changes to support new products, benefit designs, and provider agreements. o Ensure configurations align with business requirements and regulatory standards. * Data Analysis and Reporting: o Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data for configuration validation and troubleshooting. o Develop reports to monitor configuration effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. * Testing and Quality Assurance: o Conduct unit and integration testing of configurations to ensure accurate claims adjudication. o Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases and validate system changes. * Documentation and Compliance: o Maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration changes and processes. * Collaboration: o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA testers, to gather requirements and implement solutions. o Participate in meetings to discuss configuration strategies and project updates. Required Experience: * Experienced in FACETS configuration, focusing on benefits and provider pricing. * Hands-on experience with NetworX Pricer for provider contract configurations. * Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. * Understanding healthcare claims processing and regulatory requirements. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Salary and Other Compensation: Applicants will be accepted till 6/13/2025 The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $77K-$85K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
