Job Summary

Application skill

  • Business Analysis / Requirements gathering for MES Electronic Batch record implementation for a pharma client.
  • Experience on Werum PAS-X System Administration, GMBRs, PVL, PMBR's, Equipment Management, Material Flow, Weigh & Dispense, EBR, MBR & Master Data
    Designing and developing State Diagrams in MES
    Determining updates for Master Data, State Diagrams,
    Experience on SAP-MES interface, L2 integrations, report development
    Hands on Experience in Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance Module
    Experience in Werum PAS-X - Configuration, Customization
    Experience on Werum PAS-X Installation, Upgrade, Development and Configuration.
    In depth knowledge on configuration and development on pharma GxP, Electronic Batch records.

Other Technical skills

  • Database knowledge and Skilled in SQL queries
  • Experience in Troubleshoot the Application related issues in production & non-production environments, Perform impact analysis of business issues at L1, L2, L3 levels.
  • Hands-on experience in ticketing tools like BMC Remedy Service Management, Service Now , Tools group and JIRA
  • Handle of team of 10-15 members, manage communication with customer, Incident and problem reporting

Good to have:

  • Domain Knowledge-Pharmaceutical/LS, 21 CFR Part 11, well versed with ITIL Process Knowledge, Good knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing practices of Pharma) and Validated environment of Pharma Manufacturing.

Must have:

  • Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Werum Pas-X issues
