Park Bank is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Security and Facilities Technician to join our Facilities team. Reporting to the ATM Services and Facilities Manager, this role plays a critical part in maintaining and supporting our security infrastructure across all Park Bank locations. If you have a strong background in video surveillance systems, locksmithing, and general maintenance-and you're looking for a hands-on role where you can take initiative and make a real impact-this could be the opportunity for you!

As the Security and Facilities Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing and supporting video management systems, fire alarm panels, and access control equipment, while also assisting with general facility maintenance. You'll install and maintain security and banking equipment, run wiring and cabling, and perform light carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work as needed. You'll also conduct regular security inspections, implement safety protocols, and ensure secure access to sensitive areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, can adapt quickly to changing priorities, and thrives when managing multiple tasks at once.

Requirements

Essential Functions & Duties

  • Maintain and support video management systems, fire alarm panels, and access controls systems across all Park Bank locations
  • Installs equipment and services/supports branches with audio and video equipment, locksmith, and electrical products
  • Repairs or replaces damaged components of banking equipment
  • Conduct regular security inspections and walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational and compliant with safety protocols
  • Run electrical wiring and CAT 6 cabling
  • Collaborate with IT to support integration of security systems with network infrastructure
  • Respond to and resolve facility-related issues reported by staff, prioritizing tasks based on urgency
  • Perform some carpentry work, simple electrical repairs and installations and light plumbing when needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
  • Experience servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems

Preferred Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Above average mechanical abilities and the ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools
  • Knowledge with bank safes and safe deposit boxes
