Sr. QNXT Config Analyst

About the role:

As a Sr. QNXT Config Analyst, you will make an impact by conducting requirements using QNXT configuration. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare team and work collaboratively with managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

* Conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients to determine configuration outcomes to the requirements, and seek clarification when gaps are identified.

* Interpret paper contracts for reimbursement.

* Work side by side with the client team to add PBPs.

* Troubleshoot and remediate/workaround for claim pending issues.

* QNXT Configuration for different State implementation.

* Ability to do back-end queries and validate Config setup to match claim processing.

* Ability to advise Client on decision making for right configuration by working with Business team.

Work model: Remote.

What you need to have to be considered:

* At least 10+ years of overall experience with 5-7 years of hands on QNXT Config exp needed.

* Ability to create/maintain Provider Contracts, benefits, Service groups, fee tables, policy admin, etc.

* Solid Experience with QNXT.

* Have experience with QNXT back end and able to run queries.

* Experience with cautionary reduction functionality.

* QNXT SMEs with experience in Medicare Benefit.

* Experience with items like Cost Share.

* Experience with QNXT COB functionality.

* Has previously worked with QCS.

* Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare programs are minimum requirements, as well as knowing plan benefit packages that are a source of truth for Medicare.

These will help you stand out

* Knowledge of NetworX is desired.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until June 20th, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 - $117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
