The Team The Global Health Finance team is seeking an upbeat and collaborative Finance Associate to provide business and financial support to the Global Health division. This role is part of the Global Health Finance Team and will directly support Program Strategy Teams (PST), partnering with experts in drug and vaccine science on making and managing investments.Your Role You directly support Program Strategy Teams (PST) in making and managing investments. You are responsible for the assessment of grantee/vendor financial position, the evaluation and negotiation of investment budgets, investment structuring, and the continued financial monitoring of multi-year investments. You also facilitate financial planning and forecasting to support the PST Director in resource prioritization decisions, as well as project work to strengthen the division in overseeing financial aspects of its investment pipeline and individual programs. The salary range for this role is $105,400 to $158,000 USD. We recognize high-wage market differences in Seattle and Washington D.C., where our offices are located. The range for this role in these locations is $114,900 to $172,300 USD. As a mission-driven organization, we strive to balance competitive pay with our mission. New hires salaries are typically between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint.
