As a Director in the EA Talent Solutions practice, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients, candidates and referral sources. You'll help shape our brand's reputation, ensuring we're known for delivering exceptional value, speed, and results. We're looking for someone who's excited by the energy of a newly created practice line being built from scratch and grow together.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and strategic goals.

• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate the executive search process with agility and insight.

• Grow and nurture a network of high-caliber candidates, positioning EA Talent Solutions as their go-to career partner.

• Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and scaling our client base.

• Work collaboratively with our President, to refine strategies and optimize processes.

• Provide market intelligence and trends to help shape our search methodologies.

• Utilize technology-driven tools to enhance efficiency and deliver cutting-edge recruitment solutions.

• Bachelor's degree

• 8+ years of experience in relationship management, executive search, or a client-facing role

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset-comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to engage with senior executives confidently.

• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and think creatively to overcome challenges.

• A passion for building relationships and driving meaningful connections in the industry.
