Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision manufacturing? Advantage Technical is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Beverly, MA, to support a growing production team focused on high-precision components.

Pay: Up to $120K/year (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Review product designs for manufacturability, tolerances, quality, and cost
  • Identify, design, and procure fixtures and gauges for new components
  • Prepare manufacturing documentation including setup sheets and process sketches
  • Program CNC machines and optimize feeds/speeds for efficiency and tool life
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues on the shop floor
  • Collaborate with engineers, operators, and quality teams to improve productivity and workflow
  • Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
  • Train machine operators on procedures and technical processes



What You Bring:



  • CAD/CAM proficiency and familiarity with mechanical design and tolerancing standards
  • Hands-on CNC experience (mills, lathes; mill/turn a plus)
  • Solid knowledge of machining practices, shop math, and measurement tools
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently
