The DSD Excellence Tools and Execution Senior Manager will lead as the subject matter expert of DSDE (Direct Store Delivery Excellence) by providing guidance to leadership and coaching best practices utilizing our tools in the marketplace and within Bimbo Bakeries USA operations facilities. Responsibilities include influencing operational, sales, and technology teams to enable overall DKOR (DSDE Key Objectives and Results) achievement across the business unit

Roles & Responsibilities
- Support achievement of zero workplace injuries by following and coaching all BBU safety principles and beliefs within Grupo Bimbo (GB) safety platform.
- Passionate for DSD Excellence, who is a DSDE vision carrier creating additional vision carriers
- Become certified as a lead reviewer for DSDE transformation.
- Transfer strategy and organizational decisions to the frontline that disseminates knowledge into action and measurable results.
- Provide support without removing accountability by ensuring the execution of the DSDE Playbook.
- Coach all sales technology and tools for growth, as the subject matter expert.
Selling & Operational Capabilities
- Champion World-Class standards for sales centers, markets, and brands.
- Ensure all the BBU Way's standards are being met through coaching on the processes and tool utilization.
- Coach to deliver sales center DKORs (product accountability, scan-based trading, accounts receivable, payment due, etc.)
- Key stakeholder in future development and funnel of feedback, for continuous improvement
Merchandising Best Practices
- Lead consistent execution of DSDE World-Class principles in the market and in sales centers, always operating as a brand steward.
- Coach DSDE in market standards both at the shelf and display to ensure adherence to brand and store guidelines.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Education and Work History:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.A combination of education, training, and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3-5 years of related experience in professional sales positions. DSD experience is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience leading and influencing others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
- Require excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
- Strong computer application, business communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills including email, training, and online conferencing tools.
- Must have strong operational acumen.
- Ability to lead strategically with a process-driven mindset.
- Proficient in BBU systems such as AS400, ION, and Margin Miner preferred.
- Knowledge of Independent Business Partner (IBP) contract and sales processes.
- Maintenance of valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Travel is required, 80%.
