Responsibilities

Sabre Systems is currently looking for a Journeyman Business Financial Manager (BFM), to support the U.S. Navy on site at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ . The selected candidate will be responsible for working hand in hand with our government point of contact, other contractors and military personal. The selected candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:


* Perform basic activities in support of program functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting funding expenditures
* Collect and review program financial data from various databases and other sources
* Create, maintain, and update program databases and spreadsheets, and generates various reports as required
* Perform basic financial analysis of program areas as assigned
* Prepare reports and presentation material
* Maintain appropriate records and documentation
* Support assigned managers in managing, tracking, monitoring, and reporting financial data as required
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as DAR, FAR, and other government policies and regulations
* May act as program coordinator following up on pending details and coordinating program meetings
* Participates in special projects as required


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field
  • Journeyman BFM 3-10 years of financial analysis experience (DoD program support preferred)
  • Navy ERP experience a plus
  • Candidate must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required
