The Data Analytics UX team is looking for a Senior Designer whose work reflects a passion for helping people get the most from their data. This person is energized by tackling complicated problems and curious about exploring new product interaction paradigms. The ideal candidate would shows an affinity for designing cohesive experiences across multiple complex back-end services, a sensible and thorough pursuit of user delight, and a track record for delivering thoughtful and impactful products and services. ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with team members to define and iterate on product features. Communicating effectively with cross-disciplinary teams (PM/Eng/UX research/UX Content designer), estimating schedules and creating planning systems Interacting with key stakeholders to align design solutions. Creating wireframes, journey maps, user jobs and scenarios, task flows, and prototypes personas efficiently, generating and leading ideation solutions for complex products Contributes to the use and adoption of latest design system (e.g., content templates, icons, form design, user-interface [UI] controls, navigation models, design trends) updates in the industry and/or making a case for acquiring the system. Ensures products are aligned with company-wide systems. Helps others use the system and drives consistency and alignment within the team. Takes ownership of one or more sub-systems from concept to delivery in conjunction with peers and under the guidance of senior team members. Embody our culture and values | |
