The Opportunity
The Digital Clinical Business Analyst of the Digital Care Delivery team is responsible for the implementation, analysis and testing, maintenance and upgrades, application design, and debugging of clinical systems related projects, including for Epic. The Digital Clinical Business Analyst will also help with the local coordination and implementation of Digital project work items aligned with Digital Solutions Delivery projects and goals. What You'll Do: -Supports software application and workflow experts to provide design & build expertise to analyze organization's current business practices and translate them into configurations and workflows, for successful product implementation. -Ability to help guide decisions using application knowledge and analysis in a timely fashion. -Participates in peer review for quality assurance of team member build, and assists with onboarding & mentoring of new team members. -Works closely with end users to document business requirements, and translates those requirements into functional specifications and/or system build/configuration for the software application. -Develops and executes test plans and performs other software quality assurance tasks. -Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues, and escalating as needed for timely resolution. -Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues and updates. -Acts as team delegate/representative at department, project or other meetings, as assigned. -Participates as needed with review of the training curriculum and end user documentation for the applications user community. -Participates as needed with review of the training curriculum and end user documentation for the applications user community. -Assists with the training of providers in select Epic modules during staff onboarding and following upgrades to Epic. -Collaborates with Digital management to advance projects and coordinates project activities via lean or agile project management techniques on select projects. -Collaborates with Digital peers within the enterprise during upgrades or when implementing Digital projects. -Rotates 24/7 on call support with a team for critical incidents every six weeks Friday - Friday.
