The Zscaler Global Partner Marketing team is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Partner Marketing Manager to manage our Public Sector marketing initiatives. This role will focus on fostering impactful marketing strategies, promoting strong relationships, and collaborating with Public Sector partners across Federal, State & Local Government, Education (SLED), and Healthcare. You will be responsible for:



  • Developing and executing partner marketing plans for the Public Sector (Federal, SLED, and Healthcare verticals) that drive demand generation, awareness, and pipeline growth
  • Collaborating with key partners to design joint go-to-market strategies and co-branded campaigns, promoting mutual success
  • Leading the creation of tailored, partner-specific marketing campaigns focused on the unique challenges of Public Sector customers
  • Managing participation in public sector industry events (conferences, tradeshows, webinars, etc.) to elevate engagement and thought leadership
  • Building resources for partner enablement, such as whitepapers, case studies, and sales tools, to articulate Zscaler's value proposition to the Public Sector
  • Overseeing MDF and partner marketing budgets to deliver ROI-driven initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
  • Ensuring marketing materials and campaigns comply with industry regulations and align with sector-specific messaging, addressing requirements such as FedRAMP, HIPAA, and state-level mandates
  • Analyzing and reporting on the success of partner initiatives, using KPIs such as partner engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams, including sales, field marketing, and public sector leadership, to ensure aligned strategies and execution


What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)



  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing, with a strong focus on Public Sector (Federal, SLED, and Healthcare verticals)
  • Demonstrated success working with Public Sector partners and managing co-marketing programs
  • Solid understanding of public sector regulations and procurement processes (FedRAMP, HIPAA, GSA Schedules, etc.)
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and affect results in a cross-functional environment
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A. required)
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner meetings, events, and conferences

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$147,000 $210,000 USD
