- Uses predetermined methods, inspection operations, and prescribed specifications to visually inspect solder and conformal coating of circuit card assemblies IAW IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
- The role will incorporate instructions, drawings, inspection instructions and checklists, and various measuring devices (dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales) to visually inspect circuit card assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications, including IPC and related reference documents and standards.
- Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with all levels of manufacturing when addressing quality defects.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing/soldering experience with Electronic Assemblies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience inspecting solder connections.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly build on circuit card assemblies by IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of solder/visual Inspection experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with conformal coating and Measurement Standards.
- Minimum 1 year of experience interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, navigating and understanding IPC standards, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Personal Computers.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Able to work under a microscope
- Detailed and process-oriented.
- Team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to read/write English.
- Documentation Skills.
