All about the role:

The Sr. Manager Reverse Logistics is responsibility to provide results-driven leadership to the Reverse Logistics Supply Chain function. This business area leader will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts, operations specialists and managers, developing and executing the strategy to drive damage reduction, inventory management and operational excellence while improving the customer experience. This position is accountable for implementing Electrolux's best practices to optimize the supply chain and drive continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility and for the department's key performance indicators including Open Returns, Inbound Returns, Returns Cycle Time, Scrap Expense, Non-sellable Inventory, Reverse Logix Utilization, Damage Rate and RAD as % of Net.

Where you'll be:

This position will be based in the HQ, Charlotte Office, North Carolina.

What you'll do:

  • Accountable for delivering Reverse Logistics departments KPIs, including annual plan cost targets.

  • Provide leadership and direction while managing departmental goals and objectives and conduct continuous improvement activities to ensure world-class supply chain performance and objectives are consistently achieved.

  • Lead monthly reviews and initiatives with key stakeholders on standardization of customer agreements, policy adherence, guideline adherence and claim rate reduction.

  • Collaborate with product quality teams on new product introductions and packaging design initiatives with a focus of sustainability and damage reduction.

  • Continuously develops team members through active engagement, problem solving, special assignment, and continuous improvement activities.

  • Provide input and data to support ongoing budgeting and strategic planning process.

  • Preparing and reviewing action reports, strategic plans for warehouse operations and oversite of returns tracking systems.

  • Assist and review plans of warehouse design, product flow and equipment situation.

  • Provide support on special projects involving data management and operational efficiencies.

  • Work with the inventory team and maintain high levels of accuracy in inventory integrity and daily operations.

  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; resolving complaints; and anticipating and resolving problems. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • 7+ years' experience in Reverse Logistics; multi-site preferred.

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated strengths of building and leading high-performance teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with basic understanding of statistics and supply chain processes.

  • Ability to create and achieve inventory KPIs for the operation and team.

  • Advanced experience in the use of the Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Communicator, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Power user of SAP and WMS preferred.
