Pricing Manager, Revenue Growth Management

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Revenue Growth Manager to lead Electrolux North America's ("N.A.") efforts in building, expanding, and/or managing of a sustainable "Net Revenue Management" capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, strategic thinker with comprehensive knowledge of and meaningful experience employing revenue growth management levers to achieve profitable revenue growth. This role is responsible for working cross-functionally to identify and execute opportunities to generate profitable revenue, developing pricing / discounting strategies, optimizing trade terms, and enhancing customer acquisition and retention efforts. This leader will work cross-functionally with sales, finance, pricing, marketing and product lines to determine the optimal price points, discounts and promotions for products / solutions. The position reports directly to the Director of Price Revenue Management. What you'll do:
