Director of IT Operations Department: Information Technology Reports To: Vice President/IT Services Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Director of IT Operations is responsible for the stability, security, and performance of all IT systems and infrastructure supporting clinical, administrative, and compliance functions across the organization. This role ensures efficient, secure, and reliable operation and access to the organization's IT infrastructure, applications, services, and critical healthcare systems. The Director of IT Operations will lead a team of IT professionals, manage vendors, ensure that IT strategies align with the organization's goals and objectives, and support 24/7 availability of IT services essential to healthcare delivery. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) infrastructure. Knowledge of IT hardware. Knowledge of IT software applications. Knowledge of IT networks including switches, routers & firewalls Knowledge of IT servers (physical / virtual) Knowledge of IT Help Desk Operations. Knowledge of Multi-campus Disaster Recovery Knowledge of IT security Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Cloud Applications including IP based phones Knowledge of IT automated phone systems. Knowledge of IT automated printers. Knowledge of IT purchasing, costs and budgets.
