As Manager, Nurse Clinical Liaison you will be tasked with educating key opinion leaders and end users on Ferring products and new medical devices as well as disease state education.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide formal and informal in-services to nursing and APP clinic staff to increase knowledge of disease state, product MOA and administration, and effective methods of patient education upon request of the clinic/practice.

  • Respond to field inquiries/MIRF regarding Ferring products on an as needed basis.

  • Involvement in long-term strategy development

  • Provide injection/device/diagnostic tools training for nurses/APP when requested.

  • Aid in the planning and organization of regional and national nursing / APP advisory boards.

  • Develop education materials geared towards the nursing/APP community (training decks, speaker decks, printed brochures, scientific and nursing journal publications).

  • Represent Ferring at nursing/APP conferences, educational dinner programs and other educational events.

  • Serve as the primary contact for national, regional and local nurse/APP organizations.

  • Function as a medical resource for sales/marketing and assist in sales rep and Speaker bureau training.

  • Accurately report activities through use of company provided tracking systems; prepare and submit expense reports consistently.

  • Establishing scientific/clinical relationships with KEE's via peer to peer clinical discussion with KEE stakeholders.

  • Serve as FPI Medical representative for Clinics/KEEs within assigned territory.

  • Keep abreast of medical and scientific developments in assigned therapeutic area.

  • Represent Ferring by attending Medical Events and Congresses in assigned therapeutic area.

  • Lead with clinical expertise, assist team with publication/abstracts submission.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP)

  • 3+ years of recent clinical experience in Reproduction and Infertility

  • Highly articulate/Strong communication skills

  • Strong public speaking skills required

  • Strong teamwork/interpersonal skills a must

  • Understanding of current IVF landscape

  • Being flexible, resourceful, and having a proactive approach.

  • Ability to translate strategy into action.

  • Ability to self-manage daily plans by prioritizing and executing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to travel 3-4d/week including travel on occasional weekends for Congress attendance.

Our Compensation and Benefits

At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $143,100 to $162,000, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.

Benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with a premium differential, inverse to base salary, to be paid by employees, a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellness benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees to accrue up to 120 hours in the first four (4) years of employment, and 160 hours in the fifth (5th) year of employment as well as 15 paid holidays per year.
