As Senior Manager, Commercial Capabilities - Performance Systems & Reporting, you will architect and lead the enterprise-wide reporting strategy, ensuring performance insights translate into business impact and commercial excellence. This high-impact role is responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and continuous evolution of Chobani's national reporting ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the enterprise-wide reporting strategy, ensuring data integration, predictive insights, and automation enable field execution at scale.
  • Shape the future roadmap for reporting tools and analytics capabilities, continuously innovating to drive business outcomes.
  • Strengthen governance and consistency of reporting platforms, optimizing data integrity and usability.
  • Lead enterprise-wide data initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, field execution strategies, and business objectives.
  • Establish and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering leadership growth and a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing regular performance insights, analytics-driven storytelling, and executive-level reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Planning, CBU Teams, and Sales Leadership to shape data strategies and execution priorities.
  • Enhance reporting automation and scorecard frameworks to provide actionable insights at the store, route, and region levels.
  • Develop and oversee a structured routing review process, ensuring operational efficiencies and optimization.
    • Conduct quarterly route reviews to assess performance, identify efficiencies, and implement improvements.
    • Evaluate routes after each departure to optimize assignments and ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management or a related field, or years of experience in combination with education
  • 7+ years of experience in CPG leadership, preferably with expertise in sales analytics, commercial planning, and enterprise reporting.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives that drive commercial execution and transformation.
  • Expertise in predictive modeling, data automation, and advanced analytics methodologies (e.g., AI-driven insights, automated reporting frameworks).
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to shape data strategy and analytics infrastructure, ensuring scalability and impact on business growth.
  • Willingness to travel.

Compensation Range:$119,000.00-$179,000.00, plus bonus.
