Utility P2 Cooktop Flex FS- Operator 1 - 2nd Shift

This role is in Springfield, TN. The shift will start at 5:30am and end at 2:00 pm depending on the production schedule. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support throughout the Assembly department to produce the highest quality products on time, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Assist the supervisor in training associates and following up on quality-related issues.
• Serve as a backfill for absenteeism.
• Assist with changeovers.
• Learn basic A.C.-D.C. electricity and electrical flow.
• Gain basic knowledge of gas flow, including connections, dangers, LP vs. Natural, and drop test procedures.
• Read and comprehend schematic wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot functional defects.

Qualifications and Basic Skills:

• Must have Math Level 1.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to read and write English.
• Able to work with insulation.
• Proficient in using air tools and hand tools necessary for the position.
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Able to stand for most of the shift.
