THE JOB:

Are you a natural leader with a passion for Food & Beverage? As a Buffet Supervisor, you will play a key part in guiding and supporting our front of house team at the buffet, ensuring every guest experience is top-notch. With your keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence, you'll help elevate our service standards and create memorable moments for our guests.

THE STARTING RATE:$22.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Create daily floor plans to ensure stations are covered and rotated properly.

• Review staffing, schedules, vacations, and attendance; coach staff on policies and procedures, conduct evaluations, and manage attendance records.

• Ensure cashiers follow correct procedures for check handling and closing.

• Delegate tasks to employees, supervise completion, and ensure timeliness and accuracy.

• Communicate with management, chefs, and staff to address guest or employee needs and issues.

• Update inventory forms, stock areas, and order supplies.

• Maintain communication with guests regarding special requests and large party reservations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Supervisory Experience

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills

• Computer Proficiency
