The school has prepared almost 12,000 graduates to lead fulfilling and productive lives and is expanding to serve more students.

MHS is currently seeking a Real Estate Asset Manager to take an integral role in the asset management, implementation, monitoring, and property management of the directly held real estate. This includes implementation of a real estate strategy. The role is responsible for thorough planning and analysis, acquisitions, value enhancements and property management of real estate, and assists MHS with its real estate needs. This position plays a key role in ensuring the Hershey's land assets are managed with an exceptional level of stewardship to ensure the vision and legacy are protected for perpetuity.

This position is accountable for achieving outcomes outlined in the Directly Held Real Estate Philosophy Statement. Daily duties include developing relationships with potential tenants and partners, negotiating letters of intent and lease agreements and amendments, assisting with property acquisitions and dispositions, developing marketing strategies, participating in key local organizations, coordinating annual operating budgets and forecasts, special projects, and more.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Five plus years of experience in real estate asset management.
  • Real estate license required. Brokerage license a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and insights of local and national real estate trends.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications including the ability to conduct Excel modeling.
  • Exceptional skills in independently managing multiple competing priorities and projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including keen relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
  • Candidates should be eager to actively engage with MHS students.
