Memory Care Coordinator - Coraopolis, PA

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Working with Individuals with IDD and/or Alzheimer/Dementia.
• This is professional work providing Adult Day Program activities and recreational activities for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Alzheimer/Dementia (AD/D). Examples of activities would include social skills, appropriate use of leisure time, mobility, sensory and perceptual motor skills. A high degree of flexibility, organizational skills and creativity is required of this employee. This is a supervisory position to guide employees in the implementation of programs and care for Individuals with IDD and AD/D.
• Knowledge of current practices and techniques involved in the field for programming of Individuals with IDD and AD/D.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
