What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership, including 5+ years managing enterprise applications and cross-functional teams.
- Proven success leading large-scale IT operations and transformation-especially in regulated environments like financial services.
- Deep knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO), cloud architecture, and business continuity.
- Experience with core banking systems, digital platforms, and fintech integrations is a strong plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or vendor-specific credentials are highly valued.

- Expertise in application lifecycle management, software development methodologies, and integration technologies (API, middleware).
- Strategic planning, project management, and budget oversight.
