• Proven success leading large-scale IT operations and transformation-especially in regulated environments like financial services.
• Deep knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO), cloud architecture, and business continuity.
• Experience with core banking systems, digital platforms, and fintech integrations is a strong plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or vendor-specific credentials are highly valued.

• Expertise in application lifecycle management, software development methodologies, and integration technologies (API, middleware).
• Strategic planning, project management, and budget oversight.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (NCUA, FFIEC) and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Azure, AWS).
