As our Nursing Supervisor, you'll be the superhero of our nursing team, guiding and inspiring staff while providing top-notch care to young adults and adolescents. Key Responsibilities:

Team Connector: Be the friendly bridge between our nursing team and the Nursing Manager, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Chart Champion: Dive into weekly chart audits and tackle any missing or incorrect documentation like a pro! Team up with the Lead Nurse and Nursing Manager to keep everything on track.

Talent Scout: Help us find and onboard new nursing stars! You'll also play a role in guiding staff through disciplinary actions and corrective plans when needed.

Medication Maestro: Review medication error reports and internal incident reports with the Nursing Manager, ensuring our medication practices are top-notch.

Performance Partner: Join forces with the Nursing Manager to conduct performance evaluations that motivate and inspire our nursing team.

Shift Wizard: Assist the Nursing Manager and Lead Nurse in delegating shift-specific tasks to maximize efficiency and accuracy in nursing care-think of it as orchestrating a well-timed performance!

Pharmacy Liaison: Be the go-to person for all things pharmacy-related, keeping the lines of communication open with the Nursing Manager.

Issue Solver: Work closely with admissions staff to tackle any challenges that arise with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit.

Documentation Dynamo: Complete all documentation in a timely manner, following established standards like a true professional.

Clinical Hero: Jump in and provide clinical support during shifts when needed-your skills will shine!

Versatile Virtuoso: Embrace the unexpected! Take on other duties as assigned based on regional needs and keep things exciting.


Qualifications

  • Current RN license in state in which applying for work and minimum two (2) years' nursing experience
    OR
  • Current LVN license in state which applying for work and minimum of three (3) years' nursing experience.

**Pay range for this position is $32.77 to $45.16 depending on education and experience.

An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.
