The Contract Coordinator performs a variety of professional and administrative duties in support of contracts for the Health Science programs. Responsible for managing contract process from initiation to completion which includes continuous monitoring to ensure documents are returned upon countersignature. Reviews and analyze contracts to ensure compliance and assist in negotiations. Maintains documents: ensure accurate record-keeping, tracking of contract expiration dates and renewal deadlines, and assists with audits and compliance reviews. Resolves problems and provides guidance to contract submitters, reviewers, and approvers. Provides customer service to numerous departments and divisions throughout the campus. This full-time position will require working on site in midtown Phoenix. This is an exempt position that can offer from $52,000 to $58,000 annually depending on skills and experience.
