Cardiac Sonographer - San Diego

This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with 10-hour varied shifts, starting between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Candidates must be flexible throughout the week, including weekends, holidays, participate in the on-call rotation, and be willing to float between our San Diego and Chula Vista locations. This position is located at Scripps Mercy San Diego in the Hillcrest community.

Required Qualifications:

• One of the following: 1) Associate of Science Degree Certification in Ultrasound in a school that is accredit. 2) Successful completion of a formal educational program in an AMA approved school of ultrasound with a minimum of 500 hours of clinical in the specialty required. 3) Registered in the specialty that you are applied for by ARDMS or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) with at least 1 year of full-time experience required
• ARDMS or CCI
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• RDCS or RCS
• 1-2 years of experience
